By accessing or using SignalSplash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
SignalSplash provides analytics infrastructure for web applications. You may use the Service to collect and analyse data from your own websites and applications. You may not:
- Use the Service to collect data from sites you do not own or control
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to track minors under 13 without appropriate consent mechanisms
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@signalsplash.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you collect through the Service. We process it solely to provide you with analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle that data.
4. Uptime and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA at this time. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible.
5. Pricing and billing
The Service is currently free during its early access period. Paid tiers will be introduced with advance notice. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days on request.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalSplash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
